This competitive ELISA kit is for determination of 2-naphthol levels in biological samples. Naphthalene is one of the major PAHs in the PMs (4.5%-13.5%)3. The 2-naphthol level in urine or cell culture media can be measured using the 2-naphthol ELISA, without ethyl acetate extraction after 4- to 10-fold dilution of the sample.
