AA Pathway ELISA Contract Service for 8-isoprostane, 14,15-DHET, 11,12-DHET, 20-HETE, 15-HETE, 12-HETE and PGE2. Our highly experienced staff will perform the ELISA using our own Detroit R&D ELISA kits. Only 100ul of sample (blood or urine) for quadruplicate data points is required. Pricing for blood or urine samples*: 1 to 6 samples: US $700. 7 to 16 samples: US $110 per sample. * For sample quantities greater than 16 or for other fatty acids inquire about pricing. Samples (Non-Primate only) Blood (serum or plasma) sample: Ethyl acetate extraction. Urine sample: No extraction and normalized to urinary creatinine level.
